At the end of the habituation period, the mice were placed in new cages containing Iso-pad bedding and 20 food pellets.
The mice were singly housed in clean cages with one sheet of Iso-pad bedding (Harlan-Teklad, Indianapolis, IN) and a weigh boat containing dustless precision pellets (Bio-Serv, Frenchtown, NJ).
The controls of the M10 are dead simple: a D-pad, scroll wheel, ISO dial, shutter-speed dial, shutter button with on/off switch, an optical viewfinder/rangefinder and a trifecta of Live view, Play and Menu buttons.
