During a school day, boys are, on average, corrected eight more times than girls, according to research by the psychologist Carol Dweck.
The overall accuracy of correct classification is, on average, 92.64% ranging from 78% to 100% (Table 4).
We chose to focus on families with at least 4× (protein length) sequences to ensure that the predicted contacts have high accuracy (Kamisetty et al., 2013; at 4L sequences, the top 1.5L contacts are on average 50% correct).
