"That industry is too low tech -- it would be better to start from zero," he said, adding, "Telecoms, on the basis of cash flow, they're not so profitable, but they have big potential".
What about areas of the law that aren't so profitable, or where legal advice costs more than it's worth?
The FBR fund, which has assets of $56 million, lost 14% last year while the S&P gained 29%. (The average financial sector fund was up 6%.)
