The amount of desaturation in phospholipids unique to Cx32 hemichannels was more evenly distributed, and phospholipids with longer chain lengths were more desaturated.
The total carbon content of the acyl chains ranged from 30 to 38 (median 36), with the longer chains being more desaturated (Table 7).
