The results indicate that the gas particle interaction produces irregularities in the pattern of the plasma jet owing to the asymmetry of the powder trajectory together with the random components in the injection velocity and the size of the feedstock particles.
Confocal optical sections of the top and bottom of mutant nuclei revealed patches of irregularity in the normal, criss-cross pattern of the LMNA and LMNB meshworks (59.4+/−4% of cells; N = 100), unlike the regularly patterned network of lamins seen in Lmna+/+cells (2+/−2.8%; N = 84; p<0.001; χ2-test) (Figure 2 A F).
Furthermore, unless the sample size is very large, the data are likely to show irregularities in the patterns across ages or in the distribution of origins or destinations over time, as flows of migrants represent a relatively small proportion of the overall population being surveyed.
This number was reduced to approximately 600 by ignoring very faint spots, spots with undefined shapes and areas where electrophoresis caused irregularity in the spot pattern.
Nevertheless, considerable irregularity in the pit patterns and microvascular abnormalities are also identified in gastric cancer.
This indicates an irregularity in the time-pattern of change between seated and standing postures, which was further confirmed by the lack of correlation between the duration of neighbouring periods (SIM3); long seated periods were not systematically compensated by long standing/walking periods.
In contrast, in the central part of the lesion, irregularity in the tumor surface pattern and form as well as in the diameter and distribution of microvessels was observed; however, due to mucus, avascular areas were also observed (Fig. 3b).
Further, magnifying endoscopy with NBI revealed that the surface pattern was slightly irregular and microvessels had a regular diameter and distribution in the margin of the lesion, but in the central part of the lesion, irregularity in the tumor surface pattern and form as well as in the diameter and distribution of microvessels was noted.
The points in Fig. 5c all lie on a line of very small thickness, illustrating that the system is deterministic and neither artifacts nor noise is responsible for the observed irregularity in the interspike interval pattern.
If the selection of cell identifiers from the highest RSSI is only a way to set the ref. Cell-ID in all cases, we find many irregularities in the distribution pattern of a ref. Cell-ID.
These include irregularities in the bristle pattern along the wing margin, as well as thickened veins that frequently end in broadened deltas (Fig. 5G).
