The activity of R6/1 mice was not always reduced during the light phase either, where an irregular behavioral profile was observed [genotype×12 hr-period×1 hr-bin: F(22,638) = 2.54, p<0.001; post-hoc: p<0.05; Fig. 3-C, D].
