There were no discernable effects of the interventions on coverage, either, and there was substantial heterogeneity in the health systems subgroup (See Analysis 6.1).
iii) to assess the feasibility of the intervention (in terms of coverage, adoption and implementation) in the OSAKIDETZA primary care centres.
In the Balearic Islands, there was no indication to vaccinate contacts to control outbreaks, a measure that has proven useful, but whose usefulness is clearly related to the quickness of the intervention and width of coverage [ 14, 15].
Mobile phones are a promising tool for the delivery of healthcare interventions as coverage of mobile networks and handset ownership increases.

Such failings indicate an inability to assess quality of care, adequacy of intervention coverage and outcomes for newborns, all of which are essential to understanding health system performance.
