In an attempt to maximize effectiveness of an intervention to reduce alcohol use and binge drinking in Dutch 16 18 year old adolescents with the shortcomings of CT interventions in our mind we started with conducting three different studies as formative research for the development of our intervention: a focus group study, an expert Delphi study and a questionnaire study.
