The present study evaluated the effectiveness of an instructional intervention (schema-based instruction, SBI) that was designed to meet the diverse needs of middle school students by addressing the research literatures from both special education and mathematics education.
This study examined the effects of a research-based intervention, schema-based instruction (SBI), implemented by experienced- (taught SBI in previous study; Jitendra et al., 2015) and novice-teacher implementers (taught SBI for the first time with professional development) on the mathematics outcomes of seventh-grade students.
Figure 1 shows the overall treatment schema.
All information on the project audience (end-user or developer, for example), date of creation, etc. was also kept for sample description, and data on numbers of web hits, downloads, and members were gathered monthly to allow for comparisons on these indicators of attractiveness anchored on the type of licensing schema intervention.
Figure 1 describes the schema of intervention and activities to be done as part of the trial.
The central approach of the community-based intervention is the cascading schema, involving the transfer of information, knowledge and skills, as well as program tools from FLWs at higher to lower levels (i.e. from HEW supervisors and HEWs to volunteers).
This classification was performed per month, and changes in the schema, managerial interventions detected were flagged for further analysis.
The participants were enrolled and assigned (by I.L). to interventions according to the randomization schema generated by the study statistician (B.A.-H .. Patients randomly assigned to the TOT group discontinued insulin, continued metformin 1 g twice daily (or maximum tolerated dose), and started 1.25 mg glyB.A.-H .wice daily and 15 mg daily pioglitazone.
Overall, these statistical results and analysis on the variations of attractiveness taken together allow for a solid answer to the second research question posed here in this paper of whether an intellectual property intervention (a managerial change in licensing schema).
Intervention components (mainly expressed in pictures/figures/videos or schema's) were added to the tailored advice to increase the active participation in the intervention.
