Reliable radiometric and spectral calibrations and accurate atmospheric correction are mandatory in the interpretation of the surface reflectance.
The construction of longitudinal profile provides an interpretation of the surface history as they are the erosional curves and the river course flows from the source to mouth at any stage of evolution.
