It can be used in contexts discussing diversity of opinions, beliefs, or practices within a single organization or system.
Example: "The committee's approach to decision-making reflects a commitment to internal pluralism, allowing for various perspectives to be considered."
Alternatives: "internal diversity" or "intra-organizational pluralism."
(We might call these "external" and "internal" pluralism respectively, for future reference).
