Other difficulties in cost-center accounting are resolved well: internal allocation methods such as the iterative method are advanced; compensation keys are appropriate; and the cost-center/cost category breakdown is detailed.
In these simulations, the proposed method is compared to the standard resource allocation (where no interference coordination is applied and only the internal allocation is performed) and the frequency reuse 3 where each cell uses one third of the available bandwidth, not overlapping with the neighbours, thus avoiding interference.
