There was no significant difference in outcome between those with short and intermediate delays to care.
Also as hypothesised, those with the longest delay to care (>21 months) had a higher risk of medical release relative to those with an intermediate delay (aHR=2.47).
Regarding WIS rats, the intermediate length (in epoch 1) and frequency (in both epochs) of their bouts suggest an intermediate delay-of-reinforcement gradient for this strain relative to SHR and WKY.
