But the crucial ingredient is the theater itself, with its cozy lobby, interior galleries and nicely functional white-box stage, which all brim with a sense that the Construction Company is most of all a welcoming, low-key home where quietly imaginative art, of the upper- and lower-case varieties, can be made by longtime and new practitioners.
