AGEM also has a Web site to which students interested in the program can submit a request for information and indicate which of the four AGEM institutions they are interested in attending.
One section of the playbook advised sales representatives on how to persuade somebody interested in the program, but skittish because he or she had just paid off old credit card debts.
But he said his government was most interested in the program's potential to address misconceptions about Israel.
"If a governmental department is interested in the program, they come to us, and we tell them about the program and create a memorandum of understanding, which states what our relationship is and what money they would have to pay us," Robinson says.
The book is addressed to those that have not been exposed to the BEM before and are interested to understand the method, program it on a computer, and use it for solving realistic problems in engineering and science.
"We're not interested to go on the program if it's going to be an exercise in Islam-bashing.
"Because it's a first-time festival, you need to have as many people from as many places as possible interested in the program," he said.
Already, McKillop said, he is hearing from area players who are suddenly interested in the program.

The participants are Consulting Room of Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction patients, 18 years old and above, and interested in the program.
