This study highlights the real interest of devices based on a liquid-liquid microinterface.
The resultant GaAs/InAs core/shell nanowire structures can give interesting optical and electronic properties of interest to device applications.
However, the interest of the device is more directed toward the power density which reaches 1.4 mWcm−2, which is close to the one of the 5-μm thick activated carbon supercapacitor (5 mW cm−2) [7].
In the literature there is evidence that indicates that more frequent UO measurement can impact clinical decision making and improve patient outcomes [ 15– 18] and hence the interest of the device presented in this paper.
By considering the huge interest of transparent devices, this review gives the concrete overview of the present status and prospects of transparent RRAM devices based on ZnO.

These encouraging results show the interest of developing such devices, including non-toxic and safer electrolytes, packaging issues and flexible devices development.
