Despite of the growing interest in contracting with private providers in Finland and elsewhere, only few studies have explored how policy makers ground their decisions.
Looking at the front-month open interest configuration for the stock, we find that peak November call open interest rests at the out-of-the-money 17.50 strike, with more than 11,300 contracts, while the November 15 calls has open interest of 11,200 contracts.
Furthermore, peak put open interest of 2,040 contracts resides at the deep out-of-the-money September 10 strike, while 4,379 contracts are open at the in-the-money September 15 call.
This accumulation is easily outpaced by peak back-month call open interest of 330,900 contracts at the 43 strike.
More than 38,800 puts have changed hands at the March $34 strike on previously existing open interest of 12,894 contracts.
Investors exchanged more than 8,800 call options at the February $32 strike on open interest of 2,856 contracts in the first half of the session.
Optimists looked up to the higher December $72.5 strike where more than 13,000 calls changed hands versus previously existing open interest of 4,958 contracts.
Bullish players looked up to the February $50 strike, as well, exchanging more than 1,400 calls at that strike on scant open interest of 10 contracts.

More than 4,730 options have changed hands on Affymetrix thus far in the session on total previously existing open interest of 10,072 contracts on the stock.
