The associations between HPV infection (defined as a positive HPV-PCR) and individual covariates, including age, age at first sexual intercourse, marital status, smoking habits, education, number of lifetime partners and use of oral contraceptives was investigated using univariate and multiple logistic regression (MLR) analyses.
