Cluspro is the first fully automated web-based program for docking proteins and was one of the top performers at CAPRI (Critical Assessment of Predicted Interactions) rounds 1-12, the community-wide experiment devoted to protein docking [ 21].
Michelle mentioned another activity structure that necessitated peer interaction: "a round robin sort of thing where each team would have to put up their free body diagram on the board and the class would critique it".
The uptake was consistently higher in women than men, but there was a significant interaction between round and gender such that the gender gap narrowed over time.
Data were collected from Dhaka, Chittagong and Bogra districts through in-depth interview (healthcare providers and MRs), observation (physician-MR interaction), and round table discussion (chief executives and top management of the pharmaceutical companies).
No significant use of feedback was detected as the rounds progressed (OR 1.03, 95% CI 0.99 to 1.06), nor was there significant interaction between rounds and diagnosis (OR 1.03, 95% CI 0.98 to 1.07).
The qualitative findings obtained from in-depth interview, healthcare provider-MR interaction and round-table discussion are summarized below.

In adult tissues, cadherin-mediated cell adhesion is absolutely required for cell cell adhesion to be maintained as a loss of cadherin adhesion by Ca2+-depletion results in a loss of cell cell interaction and rounding up of the cells despite a number of other adhesion molecules (which are not Ca2+-dependent) at cell cell contacts (Takeichi 1977).
