The intention of the impact exercise was to create nonhabitual bone strains in order to enhance bone mechanical competence in the lower extremities.
This approach was proposed because the intention of the assessment exercise was primarily to provide a systematic method for each of the SPHs to reflect on its strengths and weaknesses with respect to HSR and to stimulate discussion on what kind of strategies would be most effective to help develop HSR capacity, recognizing the country- and school-specific contexts.

Figure 4 shows that three components were observed to be important predictors of intention to perform the exercise among women: subjective norm (standardized coefficients =0.82); perceived behavioral control (standardized coefficients =0.34); and attitude (standardized coefficients =0.24).
Part of the intention of any creative exercise is just to get you to that place where inspiration takes over.
All of these three components contributed up to 41% of the intention to perform the exercise at baseline.
