Having said that, readiness can be achieved by inculcating the urgent need for organizational change within employees, by assimilating employees into the change process by being transparent and fully communicating the intentions and process of change and by establishing a benchmark or level of performance needed to be achieved in order to realize the needed/desired change [ 9, 13].
