Optic nerve sheath meningioma is a solid, tubular, well-defined mass which presents uniform intense enhancement after contrast compared with the non-enhancing optic nerve ("tram-track sign" on axial images and "bull's eye" on coronal images) [13, 14].
Hemangiomas show peripheral enhancement during the early arterial phase with complete intense enhancement during the delayed phase, unlike HCC which enhances completely during the early arterial phase [ 34, 35].
