The Reported and Intended Behaviour Scale (RIBS) is an 8-item scale used to assess mental health-related reported and intended behavioural discrimination among the general public.
Personal characteristics and competency (knowledge, skills, attitude and intended behavioural change) were assessed using questionnaires at three moments: before the start of the intervention (= T0), at the end of the last day of the intervention (= T1) and four months after the intervention (= T2).
One method is the formation of implementation intentions (or action planning) in which concrete 'if then' plans are formulated to link an environmental cue with performance of an intended behavioural action.
