Mobile phones may be useful in delivering health-related services because they are: personal (targeted and individualised); portable (always on and always-on-us); connected (human-to-human, human-to-machine); and intelligent (increased capacity at the mobile level) [ 50].
Originally commissioned for the 2009 RETHINK Contemporary Art & Climate Change exhibition in Denmark, Jette Gejl Kristensen, in association with Peter Møller-Nielsen, created the work to "challenge the body and, what I would claim, its inherent, hyper-intelligent navigation capacities," Kristensen tells The Creators Project.
Intelligence and reason are not two powers; "reason" and "reasoning" in a narrow sense can be regarded as the extension of one's "intelligence" (one's capacity for intelligent insight into the data of experience) into the propositional work of reasoning towards judgment, and "reason" (ratio) in a broader sense refers to this whole capacity, only analytically divisible into aspects or phases.
It involves two basic abilities usually shown in intelligent behaviour: the capacity to "anchor" oneself to the context (the function that strongly roots the organism in the contextual situation) and the capacity to "project" oneself from the current context into a different one (the function able to detach or dissociate the organism from the here and now of the present situation).

This is not merely because we ourselves are part of (contained in) the system, but because we have, through our capacity for intelligent thinking, the power to grasp the system as a whole, through knowing the logos.
In this is also the capacity for intelligent empathy, the ability to understand the other side even when you may not share it.
Some individuals who are intelligent and have great capacity for rewiring their nervous system or taking different routes to access the same information can have a lot of structural damage without exhibiting any symptoms".
Lucas viewed medical care as algorithmic, and therefore well within the capacity of intelligent machines.
