Instrumental parameters were determined with a LaB6 NIST Standard (660b) and subsequently employed for integration of the sample frames into 1D diffractograms (Supplementary Fig. 6).
A key element of the design is the potential for integration of the sample chamber, focusing optics, and pinhole into a single injection-moldable plastic component, resulting in a low-cost, disposable device with greatly relaxed alignment tolerances for operation by technicians in a clinical environment.
Some do not provide integration of the sampling and analysis, while others afford limited flexibility in sample preparation.
Future instrument developments will likely focus on vessel design and materials, increased sample throughput by integrating extraction/centrifugation/ solvent evaporation, and perhaps full integration of the microwave sample preparation with instrumental analysis.
The basic idea is a Markov chain is constructed that makes the stationary distribution to be a priori distribution of the dynamics; produce the samples of the priori distribution through the Markov chain, and implement MC (Monte Carlo) integration for the samples of the stationary distribution [15, 16, 17].
We developed a novel likelihood-based method which provides adequate estimation of LD and other population model parameters by using case and control samples, the ease in integration of these samples from multiple genetically divergent populations and thus confers statistically robust and powerful analyses of GWAS.

Athough this is conceptually similar to the MITIE optimization problem with respect to the integration of multiple samples, the formulation has significant disadvantages.
Further analysis of co-morbidities associated with GORD, such as gastrointestinal disease and chronic cough, will be undertaken, while the integration of BAL samples into the analysis will provide additional confirmation of the response in the lower respiratory tract.
However, in the single case where a sample was taken obliquely in a patient treated with ACI and mosaicplasty combined, this showed complete integration across all regions of the sample (see Fig. 1).
