"integrated teaching" is a completely correct and usable phrase in written English.
It typically refers to a teaching approach that involves incorporating a number of different methods or skills into a single lesson or learning activity. For example, "The teachers at the school use an integrated teaching approach that combines traditional classroom work with interactive online activities."
