The structural analogy to similar instruments established in the assessment of adult IBD populations is expected to facilitate acceptance by patient representatives and professionals actively engaged in the improvement of care in these diseases [ 25, 35, 47].
A separate set of horizontal instruments was established in order to stimulate linkages in innovation system: technological platforms, innovative clusters, encouraging mobility, project consortia between research institutes (universities) and companies, and others.

Such instruments are well established in clinical research and are increasing in importance in occupational and environmental medicine (Staessen et al. 2000).
The proposed instrument establishes a special procedure.
The value set for the instrument has also been established in China recently [ 32].
