Although videos are selected based on the animal's average speed, plots of instantaneous speed display a wave-like appearance with minimum speeds typically occurring at step transitions (Fig. 4d).
To prove this concept, we display instantaneous velocity, measured by the GPS module, for 10 s GPS fixes (walking and trotting) during the morning hunting period (Fig. 4a).
The unit adjusts the parameters of the emitted energy in real time and shows the instantaneous value on display.
