An Annapolis-inspired breakthrough would be thrilling, but it will be tough for Madame Secretary to turn around her reputation after so many instances of Mideast malpractice.
Asked why he had repeatedly refused to criticise specific instances of police malpractice, the president claimed that his praise was meant in a more general sense.
Filmed in a quasi-documentary style in drab urban locations — a shabby apartment, the inside of an ambulance, a series of fluorescent-bulbed hospital waiting and examination rooms — it follows a narrative arc from morbidity to mortality punctuated by casual, appalling instances of medical malpractice.
We know for a fact that there are far many more instances of serious medical malpractice than malpractice suits.
"The department failed to obtain from A4e damning internal audit reports produced in 2009 which pointed to instances of potential fraud and malpractice across the country," she said.
"You know, it's really easy to get this sort of coincidence, because instances of police corruption, or malpractice, happen all the time," says Ilya Yanovich, the game director of This Is the Police, and co-founder of its Belarusian makers, Weappy Studio.
"There were also a few instances of much more serious council-related malpractice," says the report, "such as campaigns around the misuse of public funds, or illegal payments made to local businesses".
