A theater distribution system is comprised of facilities, installations, methods, and procedures designed to receive, store, maintain, distribute, and control the flow of material between exogenous inflows to that system and distribution to end-user activities and units within the theater.
Information were gathered from officials, teachers and student hygiene promoters, and WASH maintenance staff of the schools on, among others, facility installation schedules, state of installed WASH, actual utilization and functioning of facilities, maintenance training, and the children's hygiene education.
"Often, the only remedy available to the United States Government with respect to military dependents and civilian employees and contractors who commit crimes in foreign countries is to limit their use of facilities on the installation where they live, or bar their entry onto the installation altogether, which often causes them to return to the United States," the report stated.
During the war, while the units of the AIF had been overseas fighting in Europe and the Middle East, the militia units had remained in Australia on home service, providing security at ports, defence installations and other facilities of importance to the war effort.
