The last insertion of the MN lasted 2 s before retraction of the array.
In the haploid FL100 context, three types of rearrangements leading to ATCase reactivation were detected: Ty1 insertions downstream of the last point mutation in the ura215,30,72 allele, deletions of the region containing the three mutations, and duplications of the region encoding the ATCase followed by fusion with a new promoter sequence.
Patient information, including age, medical history, history of previous pregnancy outcome, symptoms encountered by the patient, the time of IUD insertion after the last delivery, the time from the IUD insertion to diagnosis, and health facility where IUD insertion was conducted, was collected when the patients came to the hospital.

For comparison, we studied another DGAT1 mutant, which we designated A7, which is a homozygous SALK line (Salk 039456) with a T-DNA insertion in the last exon of the same DGAT1 gene (At2g19450).
This was a frameshift insertion in the last exon of the beta-1,4 N-acetyl-galactosaminyl transferase 1 (B4geneT1) gene (Fig. 1; chr12:g.58020671dup.Leu487Thrfs*77c.1458dup, p.Leu487Thrfs*77), which may therefore be likely to encode a transcript that escapes nonsense-mediated messenger RNA decay surveillance mechanisms and produces a polypeptide with an altered and elongated C-terminus (Fig. 1).
