Either will display the Insert Chart dialog, from which you can select any of the available chart types.
Use the Chart wizard Click insert then chart, if F11 doesn't work.
It will be available in both the Insert Chart and Change Chart Type dialog boxes under "Templates".
Insert the card.
Find the Insert tab and the Charts group.
Click the "Insert" button in the bottom right corner of the Chart Editor to create your chart/graph and insert it into the spreadsheet.
Once you're done setting up the chart, click the "Insert" button to add the chart to your spreadsheet.
Their values will incorporate directly into the chart you will insert.
Select the cells with data you would like to include in the chart, click the "Insert" menu item from the menu bar along the top of the spreadsheet followed by "Chart" from the context menu.
Click on a chart style icon, and an expanded menu will appear, allowing you to get more detailed choices for the chart you want to insert.
