A novel prototype of multi-evaporator closed loop thermosyphon is designed and tested at different heaters position, inclinations and heat input levels, in order to prove that a peculiar arrangement of multiple heaters may be used in order to enhance the flow motion and consequently the thermal performance.
Importantly, we have demonstrated here that the number of probe sets detected shows a high level of retention with lowering RNA input levels in two different probe generation methods, impacting only the most abundant transcripts at low input levels in the One-Direct system.
The second case for loss of robustness is extreme input levels in which the binary complexes are not negligible compared to ternary complexes.
While input level had no significant effect, a slight gradient separating the high and low input levels in the k-mer based principal coordinates plots was apparent (Fig. 4b).
However, with decreasing input levels in the Nextera XT libraries, the fraction of reads removed increased (Additional file 1: Table S2), which is likely a result of the increased activity of the transposase mediated fragmentation reaction at the lowest inputs.
The number of "attempted" AmpFlSTR® Identifiler™ panel genotypes using gDNA NTCs and wgaDNA from NTC samples is 832 [two NTC DNA samples genotyped for gDNA in duplicate (64 possible genotype bins), and four wgaDNA samples from NTCs for each gDNA input level genotyped in duplicate (768 possible genotype bins)].
For that, we calculated the susceptibility of the circuit under perturbations in the input level (Hu) and in the kinetic parameters of the model (Hk).
