Most respondents suggested that if land application continues, it should be conducted in a more just and democratic way one that informs people who may be affected by the application before it occurs, takes community input seriously and adapts the practice accordingly, and ensures that people and their environment are kept safe from harm.
We aimed at developing a method for stratifying data into populations without prior knowledge regarding copy number allowing us to perform popLowess, and sought to identify populations in an automated fashion that requires minimal manual input and that adapt to varying noise levels.

From this, we developed a draft set of questions for the girls and the adult informants, which we discussed and adapted with input from the three trained, highly experienced, local female fieldworkers (JM, SN, and NM) who would collect the data.
For example, if using the theoretical domains framework [ 13] to underpin barrier identification, a survey has been developed that would require minimal input to adapt it to different settings [ 14], and if using the theory of planned behaviour [ 15] (as in project two), questionnaire development is facilitated through making use of guidance on to how to operationalise the constructs [ 16].
Another example is NG6 [ 13] an integrated NGS storage and processing environment where workflows can be easily defined and adapted to different data input formats.
Such a processing chain could be followed by most projects attempting to create baseline carbon maps, and adapted to reflect existing input data available, and the required accuracy.
The computation we propose is derived from the work of Borsdorf et al. [ 39], but modified and adapted to the larger input data sets OCT offers.
