They find, in a cross-country analysis of 63 countries, regarding entrepreneurial activity (i.e. innovation and innovativeness) that, significantly, the type of entrepreneurial activity is determined by the "conducive" factor which influences the following variables: ICT; university-industry collaboration; venture capital; and available technology.
