Forty-nine healthcare practitioners attended six focus group discussions in one rural and two inner city localities in Yorkshire and the Humber, and in three inner city localities in London.
Six focus groups discussions, lasting 40-60 minutes and attended by between six and eleven practitioners were held during March and April 2011; three in Yorkshire and the Humber (two in rural areas and one in a city) and three in London (all in inner city localities).
This route originated near the inner-city locality of Macdonaldtown and ran to Kiama via the locality of "Bottle Forest", a distance of 109 km.
We sought to select practices that were nationally representative in terms of region, deprivation and type of locality (inner city/urban/suburban/rural).
Consistent with the walkability index in previous studies [ 26- 29], high- walkable neighborhoods in Maiduguri (localities in inner city) have a high concentration of multiple family residences, non- residential land uses (small retail stores, shops, local markets and places of worship) and streets with short block length with many alternative routes to destinations.
This construction employs an MDS code and a code with small locality as inner and outer codes, respectively.
This observation might also be common in the Asahi Mountains, although the computed denudation rates may not be reliable; in the two localities of the inner part of the Asahi Mountains, namely A02-ST09 and 13, denudation rates may be overestimated as discussed above (Fig. 4c).
Being a phase, a high applicative opens up its outer specifier as an escape hatch and allows a lower object (the DO in Figure 9) to leapfrog via the escape hatch the higher object (the IO in Figure 9) in its inner specifier without violating any locality constraint.
The generalisability of the study findings could be limited due to the locality of the study area, inner west Sydney, and the study participants in this analysis, a sub-sample of another study [ 14].
All specimens were collected from a fossil locality near Daohugou Village, Shantou Township, Ningcheng County, Inner Mongolia, China and the 'Jianshangou Bed' in the lower part of the Yixian Formation of western Liaoning Province, China, respectively.
