"innate idea" is a correct and usable phrase in English writing
It can be used to refer to a concept or idea that is instinctive or ingrained in a person's mind, or that is assumed to exist in the collective unconscious. For example: "The belief in the afterlife is an innate idea shared by many cultures around the world."
