Long delay between event and data recording might limit the verification of injurious falls information.
ATP is liberated from stimulated peripheral nerves [ 37] and is important for signaling injurious nociceptive information [ 38].
We recommend standardised documentation of injurious falls data as number of injurious falls, number of people sustaining injurious falls, injurious falls rate per person-year of follow-up, and number of people sustaining multiple events [ 13].
Controls were defined as all those who did not have an injurious fall, according to information from the NPR, during the study period (N = 21 219).

The constitution of this state makes the facts in every possible case a necessary subject of open investigation; and however improper or unfit those facts may be for public information, and however painful or injurious to the individuals concerned, yet it would seem, that they may, in the first instance, be laid bare before the jury.
More generally, consider an injurer whose injurious behavior is considered reasonable according to the information available to the court at the time of the trial: Should he be held liable under negligence law for the harm that resulted from his behavior if according to the information that was available to him at the time he acted, that behavior would have been deemed unreasonable?
