The phrase "infringing products" is correct and commonly used in written English.
It refers to products that are in violation of a patent, trademark, or copyright. Example: The company was sued for selling infringing products that copied the design of a well-known brand's handbags.
"Although Samsung has a right to compete, it does not have a right to compete unfairly, by flooding the market with infringing products," Koh wrote in her order on Tuesday.

Imagine having to (1) identify a design for an infringing product from among the thousands of posted designs on multiple websites, (2) determine whether a product embodying that design has been sold and (3) identify the seller and/or buyer of the infringing product.
