We now can combine information from all parents informative for MICA-250 by combining all four ORs of all four independent strata with exact Mantel-Haenszel methodology.
The informative terms identified overall (30 69) and within each strata of 30 49 year olds (by family history) were combined and maximum likelihood estimates were used to produce a single integrated PFRM which was used to compute an individual relative risk.
Additional informative terms were identified for the 30 49 age stratum both with and without family history of breast cancer.
It allowed for informative assessment of associations within subtype overall and within some strata of interest.
As an informative exercise using these data the NNT for lamotrigine was calculated for each stratum, and for the overall trial.
The difference would have been more pronounced had we either a) been able to provide and informative prior on the OR for imidacloprid use or b) included some confounders that result in empty strata, in which case the frequentist model may not have converged or would have reduced precision of the OR estimate.
