"I think some of the forums that exist online are really worth just looking at as that's where a lot of smaller charities share information, ask questions and post useful things," Demian says.
But the program will also train students in five steps how to meet someone new: face the other person; smile and look him or her in the eye; give a firm handshake; state your name clearly and loudly enough to be heard; if you need information, ask a question.
