Their personal experiences of the sanitation situation in their villages and their own sanitation practices provided insights into sanitation behaviours and attitudes in rural areas and across different seasons which in turn informed topics and questions for the guide.
Finally, ways in which the advice literature can inform selected topics in the organizational sciences are discussed.
