Ideally, any biologically informed classification of disease should be based on multiple domains including, for example, both brain structure and function, and should use multiple approaches such as neuroimaging, genetics and pharmacology.
This was further substantiated in our bioinformatically informed classification analysis, because we identified a significant association between AluYb8 methylation and methylation of a group of loci defined by their position in a CGI, PcG target gene, and a TFBS, as well CpGs defined by association with a PcG target gene and LINE-2 element and proximal to a TFBS.

When developing classification systems for familiar animals, the American students used morphology, behavior and size to inform their classification decisions whereas the Itzaj considered ecological factors, morphology and behavior (Lopez et al. 1997).
