Under the conditions of zero-trans influx (i.e., [S]R ≈ 0 and [S]L ≫ K M,influx), V influx equals to k' (≈k 4, assuming k 2, k 3 ≫ k 4).
A test was performed to evaluate the robustness of the macro-parameter estimation of the [18F]FCho influx (i.e. K i) (vide supra) using these three models, i.e. 3C2i, 2C1i, and the Patlak plot.
