A complete implementation of a heuristic approach (since the problem under consideration is NP-Hard) using an inexact isomorphism technique has been used.
Soft computing is a set of "inexact" computing techniques, which are able to model and analyze very complex problems.
To obtain a snapshot of these studies, this paper gives a review on recent developments, applications, challenges, and barriers associated with inexact programming techniques in supporting waste management.
