These results are summarized in Table 3 and Figure 2. The multivariate analysis of OS in total 67 NK AML patients demonstrated that the presence of FLT3 ITD mutation is a significantly poor prognostic indicator of OS (hazard ratio 2.798, P = 0.041) and the performance of SCT during follow-up is a significantly good prognostic indicator of OS (hazard ratio 0.118, P = 0.001) as expected.
