Conversely, spring waters with low SO42−/Cl− ratios are indicative of less input of vapor phase and are interpreted to reflect input from the deep hydrothermal reservoir23,38.
Currents were included only if they showed a smooth rise to peak indicative of monosynaptic input.
Noise correlations, as measured by slower calcium recordings, are also thought to be indicative of shared presynaptic input, and therefore, changes in correlations are thought to imply changes in common input (Komiyama et al., 2010).
As discussed above Al and Fe concentrations, which are particularly high in surface rivers during strong rainy seasons like in 2012 (Table 1, Al 0.36 4.4 mg/L, Fe 0.15 1.8 mg/L), are probably indicative of severe water input from the surrounding fields.
The fragment mapping profile for unamplified (Fig. 2b, i) and WGA (Fig. 2b, ii) DNA are effectively equivalent, with the WGA DNA mapping with just slightly reduced span of 2.5 5 kb indicative of the starting input of the smaller DNA fragments (Fig. 1c).
They are more soluble in water, and their presence, even in relatively low concentrations, can be indicative of petroleum-derivative inputs at the two sampling sites (Villeneuve et al. 1999).

While high temporal resolution measurements of neuronal activity are required to infer direct, synaptic connectivity, we, in our study, infer changes in NC to be indicative of changes in clustering of inputs to CA1 cells from upstream CA3 cells (Komiyama et al., 2010).
The increment of afferent input is indicative of greater attention and proprioceptive feedback [95], [96].
