Damage State 5 is assigned to exposed assets (Tables 3 and 5), indicating collapse and structural integrity failure of the asset.
We double stained the K562 cells with propidium iodide (PI) and rhodamine 123 (Rh123), and found that IM, BOR or PSI alone did not perturbed Δψm, while IM/BOR and IM/PSI significantly reduced Rh123-positive/PI-negative cells, indicating collapse of Δψm (Figure S6).
