Where indicated, naive T cells were incubated with 6-bromoindirubin-3′-oxime (BIO), a selective Gsk inhibitor or with N-methylated BIO, an inactive analog of BIO (R&D Systems/TOCRIS, Minneapolis, MN, USA) or with the older generation Gsk3 inhibitor TWS119 (EMD4BioSan Diego, CA Diego, CA, USA).
