Moreover, in contrast to H3K4me3, maximal H3K27me3 level occurred exactly over the TSS, indicating a modified chromatin arrangement at the TSS in genes harboring trimethylated H3K4 or H3K27 only.
Mini-B and DEPN-8 had direct intermolecular interactions based on plasmon resonance binding affinity (Table 2) and on deconvolution analyses of FTIR spectra indicating a modified peptide secondary structure in multilayers with DEPN-8 (Fig. 1, Table 1).
